I’m Kimi, a licensed nail technician based in Salida, CO. Getting my nails done was always my favorite form of self-care; I loved having that dedicated time to hang out with my nail tech. I also appreciated how my gel manicures made my nails strong and beautiful. When my nail tech moved away, I took up doing my own nails, but online training left me with more questions than answers—so I decided to go to nail school. I enrolled in Rachael Waggoner’s The Beauty Collective Academy in Denver in February 2024, learning alongside some amazing classmates. After completing an internship with Kaitlynn Martin in Breckenridge and my hours for school, I took the exams to earn my license. I have also completed an intensive private training with Andy from A Touch of Nails, I’m thrilled to bring my skills back to Salida. With certifications from Light Elegance, Luxio, My Nail Academy, and The Nail Hub, I’m here to create beautiful, lasting nails for every client.
